We are groups of Antiquenos working here in Salzburg, Austria and would like to appeal to the
authorities of Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) and Greater Metro Manila Solid
Waste Management Committee (GMMSWMC). We are AGAINST to the Government's proposal
that Semirara Island will be turned into a dumping site for Metro Manila's Garbage.

Our concern is our natural resources and the livelihood of the poor natives whose daily lives
depend on fishing.

What about the health of our beloved people? Why are you not competent enough to give them the
right information what damages this garbage may cause? They are not just things that you ignore.
They are human beings like you and have the right to live what nature can give.

WE LOVE OUR TOWN.
WE LOVE OUR PROVINCE.
WE SAY NO TO SEMIRARA DUMPING SITE!
